Murphy Tomatoes’ top priority is food safety. Our food safety team monitors and enforces HACCP programs which enable us to pack tomatoes according to each customer’s specific safety requirements.We have yearly third-party audits and consistently score 95% or above. We have a state of the art 32,000 square foot facility in San Antonio, as well as a 34,000 square foot facility in Dallas-Fort Worth, allowing us to further control the safety of our products. Our ability to trace back our product every step of the way gives us the confidence to guarantee the quality of our product.
